  1. Sinclair (and related) File Systems
  2. ===================================

  4. These File Systems allow access to Qdos, Argos
  5. and MGT Spectrum (Plus D, Disciple and SAM) disk
  6. formats on compatible drives via a CatWeasel
  7. interface. SPFileSystem is currently read-only,
  8. but QLFileSystem can both read and write files.
  9.  
  10. The File Systems were written by Frank Swift and
  11. appear in the Speculator and Qdos4Amiga archives
  12. in Aminet's misc/emu directory. You might also
  13. like to look at XFS, a larger package which is
  14. derived from these and can read and write many
  15. other formats besides.

  17. These File Systems appear here for convenience
  18. of CatWeasel users who wish to try out the disk
  19. format icons without downloading the entire
  20. emulator packages. You are recommended to read
  21. the file system documentation provided with the
  22. emulators if you run into problems or wish to
  23. know more about how they work.
